Here is the case of Ryan LeVin, the child of a very wealthy family. LeVin was driving his $120,000 Porshe and he ran over and killed two British business men. LeVin had a past criminal record which included over 50 traffic violations. LeVin hires powerful local attorney David Bogenshutz as his defense. The end result? LeVin gets a slap on the wrist, more like a feather duster to his back, no jail time and he gets house arrest in a multi million dollar ocean front home.
If it was you, me, or any one else driving that Porshe, 100% with out a doubt, we would have been charged with vehicular manslaughter and gotten some prison time.

Most people feel the out come of this trial is unbelievable.
It is a sad revelation that many times, life is unfair and the legal process is many times unfair also.
This case stands out as blatant proof of that.
